FAQ
Questions distributors ask
Which tin sizes are available?
NutriBaby 1, 2 and 3 are available in 400 g, 800 g and 850 g metal tins, each with a measuring scoop. The Advanced Care formulas come in 400 g tins; other formats on request.
Can the label be in our language?
Yes. NutriBaby is sold with a bilingual English-Arabic label, and we can prepare the artwork in the language and to the requirements of your market. Minimum order quantities may apply to labels in a new language.
What are the Advanced Care formulas?
NutriBaby AR, LF, Comfort and Premature are foods for special medical purposes for infants: for frequent reflux and regurgitation, lactose intolerance, colic and constipation, and for premature and low-birth-weight infants. They are sold mainly through pharmacies and should be used under medical supervision.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and the label. We keep the minimum order flexible, especially for the first delivery - tell us about your market and we will propose a realistic start.
Which documents do you provide for registration?
Product specifications, nutrition tables, certificates of analysis and the certificates of the production site, as well as the export documents required by your authorities.
Can we get samples?
Yes. Samples are usually free of charge: they can be collected from our plant in Kutno or shipped at your cost. Infant formula is a product of animal origin, so a shipment abroad usually needs documents such as a veterinary health certificate - tell us the products, the destination and the purpose, and we will quote the shipment first.
